I had the pleasure of attending the Alison’s Pantry Annual Food Show last weekend. I presented a food storage demonstration, and then enjoyed mulling around through the great vendors who came to share their wares (i.e., fabulous food samples). The products in the Alison’s Pantry catalog are all restaurant-quality foods, so everything was delicious. Here’s me before my demo (thanks to Danielle with dkforeverimages.com for the photo):

Here is the recipe for the banana Nut Muffins I made from dried foods. I hope you find them as yummy as my family does.
Best Banana Nut Muffins
(Totally food storage )
2 Cups AP Cream Cake and Muffin Mix
1 Tablespoon Dried Eggs
¾ Cup Chopped Nuts
¾ Cup Gerkins Cinnamon Chips
¾ Cup finely chopped Banana Chips
2 Cups water
Mix well. Spray muffin pan with Vegalene and fill
muffin cups ¾ ‘s full. Bake at 350 degrees until
toothpick comes out clean.
Made the Blondies… they were great!
