They beat me to it!  This is exactly what I’ve been trying to get going on my site.  I think it is a great idea, and they have done it well.  The gals at Food Storage Made Easy have opened a “food storage forum” that makes it easy to share ideas and ask questions about food storage.  Here is their description:

    This greatly enhances its shelf life. If stored properly (at cool room temperature and in a dry area), it can safely keep for many years and will taste just as freash as if eaten right now! There’s hardly any clean up and fewer dishes to wash.
